My sympathy to the Short ones! I've had that problem all my life.
I was on a city bus in Austin, had to stand, reached up and grabbed
a strap to hold onto. I heard a deep voice from above my head saying
" Let go of my tie, boy!" Now, that's short!
Even on this trip when I checked out and went to pay the bill,
I came up a little short.
When I played baseball guess what position I played....
That's right, Shortstop!
It's getting late.I told everyone I was going to bed shortly- -
But that's the way I always go to bed --- shortly!
And that's the end of this short story.
