Arkansas LotteryWell, scratch-off sales started this week in Arkansas. I never thought I'd see the day! Powerball is scheduled to start in a few weeks, don't remember the exact date. So, no more travelling to Missouri or Oklahoma to buy our winning tickets. 
I did buy 3 scratchers, but only had one $2 winner. Guess I'm just gonna have to try a little harder.
