I am on a never ending search for a certain size journal. I have seen it called a list journal. I love this size for lists and for groceries. The lined paper size is 8" x 3.75" and the journal has a spiral on the left hand side. I use to be able to find these journals in the Dollar Store but unfortunately our stores no longer have them.

One company does put them out but they do not sell directly to the public and I do have a hard time finding them.
