RoomsWondering if any of you have stayed at Sam's! How are the rooms? Clean, scary, or what?
How about Suites?
Heard at one time that they had a tower of horror but that it was closed...

I've never stayed at Sam's but I've heard the rooms are ok. Nothing special, but ok. I HAVE heard that the mattresses are not very comfortable, but they could have been upgraded since then, as many casino's have remodeled. Yeah, they used to put people in the old Isle of Capri site, but they don't do that anymore.

re Sam's Town roomsSam's Town rooms are O.K. Nothing special, but a good air conditioner, clean, with a comfortable bed. It seems like we always wind up a long way from the casino. I would prefer to stay at Sheraton, Harrah's, or Gold Strike (in that order) but we don't get room offers from them any more. It has been so long since we stayed at the Fitz that I don't feel qualified to rate them. We do drop by the Fitz on every Tunica trip to play the 9/6 JOB coin droppers.
