Sheraton couponsI got a coupon in the mail from Sheraton, very strange coupon. But then everything is weird lately. Last year was the last time we played there, played ONLY VP. Coupons from them have been scarce but I didn't care since I knew we wouldn't be back for a while.
So in the mail I get two coupons, one for $200 for Sept. 19 and another just like it for Sept 20. I thought, hey $400 free play, cool. Until I read the fine print.
Both coupons can ONLY be used on "special" $10 slot machines in the high limit area. Makes me wonder why they have to be played on "special" machines (maybe the ones they fixed the payback on?). So in essence I wind up with 20 free spins on the 19th and 20 free spins on the 20th. I don't think I will be hopping in the car and driving 350 miles each way for that kind of free play. I would have been happier with $100 free play I could use on a machine of MY choice for anyday of the month. If I were going to be there anyway, of course I would use these but this offer does not inspire me to travel that far for that little.
I wish I knew what kind of drugs the promotions people take? Makes ya wonder!

and I can only imagine the lines on the 19th and 20th to play those "special" machines set to 85% payback
