Tunica Part 3 - things are looking.. uh boringAfter I posted my last episode in this overly dramatic trip, we headed back down to the casino and it started out as a blood bath but things finally started to level out and we won enough to play till 4:30 AM, no huge amounts but just enough to keep going. I got so pissed off about 1:30 AM I was cussing and yelling at the machines and to top it off I was playing Four Times Diamonds and got 2 4X's and a blank, that sent me over the edge. I went on a 20 minute rant about how much Fitzgeralds sucks.
Got up at the crack of 1:30 PM and got cleaned up and registered for the Wheel of Fortune tournament, have to play later, must be time to eat. Again practically the same thing for dinner and lunch yesterday.
They let 13 people play at a time and a new round starts every 15 minutes. There were empty machines during both of our tournaments so who knows if anyone likes these tournaments or not. This one old man told Mike that these tournaments suck and he hates them yet he plays them every time they're on.. idiot. If you get first place or last place during your round you get a free Wheel of Fortune slots T-shirt... needless to say neither of us got a free shirt.
Got my spot at 3:15 and Mikes at 3:30. I played and scored a dismal 1600, these games spin WAY too much for a 5 minute tournament. Mike played at 3:30 and got 2400, first place just has 7000 so time will tell if he's in the money.

This is what is looks like when everyone is playing, so it's pretty much a cluster. We'll play a little more later this afternoon and evening just to see if we can catch a good winning wave to end the trip on.

I sure hope they let you come back, Brian! LOL. I can hear you cussing now. I HATE it when you get the 2 4 x symbols and then..........nothing. I'm usually shocked if something does come up on the 3rd reel when you get that. I guess it's interesting that Fitz is using the WOF machines for the tourneys. At least it's different than Double Diamond. Kind of weird to use a machine with spins, though. I guess it would be ok if you got the 1000, but the wheel takes so long to spin you lose a lot of time. Go get em tonight, Brian. You MIGHT want to try the Stinkin Rich by the bar around 7 pm or so. Sometimes it hits good around then.

Hey Brian
You might be losing but it sure is fun entertainment for us home bodies, I think you should stay longer!  I love these daily updates. Besides the longer you stay the better your chances are of hitting something big, I'm just sure of it!!!!!
Hope you & Mike come out on top here, sure would be a great ending. Oh, and don't bother the blue hairs Brian, they EARNED those blue hairs, you can't scare them!
