Not a "fresh" win, but my first hand pay from December 7, 2008.
Wizard of Oz, Hollywood Casino, Tunica, Mississippi
This machine was ON FIRE that weekend. I had jackpots of $1525, $1000, and $1250, in addition to lots of smaller wins in the $200-$400 range within a span of 24 hours.
